FAQS

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you cover my area and how fast can you attend?

Yes — UK-wide. For planned visits we schedule to suit. For urgent work we typically deploy same day (often ~1 hour, location permitting).

What animals do you handle?

Primarily dogs (all breeds/temperaments) and cats. Small mammals/birds case-by-case. We don’t handle wildlife or offer a general stray service.

Are you the dog warden or RSPCA?

No. We support planned operations (warrants, repossessions, inspections, events).
If you find a dog in the Somerset area that you think is lost or a stray, phone 01823 215013 to report it to the Somerset dog warden service at St Giles Kennel.
If you are not from the Somerset area, please report any lost or stray dogs to the dog warden service at your local council.

How do you ensure animal welfare and legal compliance?

Welfare-first approach, minimal force, appropriate equipment, and clear documentation. Handlers are vetted, insured, and trained to recognised UK standards.

What do you need from us to book?

Address(es), date/time window, on-site contact, known animals/risks, PPE/site rules, and any reporting template you want us to use.

Looking for animal control in your area?

Whether it’s utility warrants, repossessions, or detection work, tell us your date and location. We’ll arrange an ACO to suit the job and meet all welfare requirements.
